- a talking clock or an easy-to-read clock with large numbers
- devices that will remind you when to take your medication
- online device that’ll prompt you of the time
- a mobile phone to set reminders or alarms
Medication
If you need help remembering when to take medication or help getting your medication out, we may recommend:
- pharmacy packed medication without pop out packets
- dosette box
- device that reminds you when to take your medication
Alarms and sensors
If its hard to hear, see or remember things, we may recommend alarms and sensors like:
- telecare sensors that can notify someone you trust or emergency services
- online devices like Amazon Alexa or Google Home
- movement sensors like Just Checking or Canary Systems which can notify someone you trust of your activity in case of falls
