Using the toilet
If your toilet is too high, too low or is hard to reach or use, we may recommend:
- a high pan toilet
- raised toilet seats
- grab rails
- a toilet chair (commode)
- hygiene wipes
- wash dry toilet or wash dry fitting on a standard toilet
- level handled flush
Sink or basin
If your sink or basin is too high or too low, we may recommend:
- replacing it with one that is a suitable height
- long handled washing aid

- adjustable height sinks or basins
Bath or shower
If it’s hard to get in or out of your bath or shower, we may recommend:
- a bath or shower board for seated access
- bath step

- non-slip mat
- over the bath shower
- lever taps
- bath lift
- level access shower
- swivel bath seat
- weighted shower curtain
