Training 

Our benefits training programme includes courses on issues and problem areas that affect residents such as Universal Credit and Personal Independence Payment.

Going on the courses will give you the knowledge you need to better support the residents you work with.

Advisers' Advice Line

We operate a telephone advice line for people who are advising Royal Greenwich residents.

If you need benefits advice about a resident you are working with, call 020 8921 6376 Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, and Friday from 9am to 4.30pm. 

This advice line is not for members of the public. If you need advice about your own situation, call our Public Advice Line on 020 8921 6375 or send an online enquiry.

Please provide details of your enquiry and include your name, the name of your organisation and your contact telephone number.

We will respond to your email during the next available advice session.
