We can help homeowner and small business applications by helping you:

• identify any areas that you may need to change to get the proposal accepted
• understand what information to submit to make sure we can accept your application

We cannot guarantee the outcome of your application. But speaking to us and following our recommendations makes it more likely to succeed.

Major applications

For major applications, we encourage all applicants to come in for early discussions. We can help:

• establish the development potential of a site before committing to detailed design work
• provide guidance on if the site is suitable for development
• identify if the type of development would be appropriate
