Pay a bill or fine online or by phone 7 days a week.
The service is not available for 30 minutes between 6.55pm and 7.25pm daily, for updates.

Choose what you need to pay for:
- Council Tax
- housing rent and charges
- business rates
- parking fine
- Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) for environmental crime – if the reference number begins with EEC/FLY
- planning application
- benefits invoice
- other council invoice

What cards we accept
You can use most debit or credit cards, except American Express.
We do not accept cards that do not have the extra security layer, 3D secure. These can include cards like the M&S Credit Card or John Lewis Partnership Card. If you're payment is declined, check with your card issuer.
How long a payment takes
The system confirms and authorises the transaction straight away.
You’ll get confirmation when the payment is accepted. This will be by email if you pay online.

Direct Debit is often the easiest way to pay regular bills.

To pay any other invoices by Direct Debit, email corporatedebtors@royalgreenwich.gov.uk and include your account and invoice numbers.
Other ways to pay
If you do not pay your regular bills by Direct Debit, you must remember to pay them when they’re due. The amount you must pay will be shown on your bill.
By post
Follow the instructions on your bill to pay by cheque or postal order.
In person at our service centres
You can pay with cash, credit or debit cards at the:
- Woolwich Centre
- Eltham Centre
- Greenwich Centre
You can use the self-service kiosks during opening hours, and staff are available to help.
