Services available

  • Cashiers are open for pay outs between 9am to 11am, and 2.30pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday. To make a payment for a council service, you can use one of the self-service kiosks at the entrance of the building. You can also pay online or by phone.
  • Replacement fobs and keys - you must bring proof of address that is less than 3 months old and proof of identity, such as a passport.  
  • Requesting or renewing housing estate parking and visitor parking permits.  
  • Support with the online parking payment system. Get help to set up your account, add proof of address and learn how visitor vouchers work.
  • Support with Blue Badge or disabled persons Freedom Pass applications.
  • Tenancy sign-up services.
  • Tenancy termination service is available on Mondays from 9am to 12pm.
  • Support with housing repairs.
  • Support with waste services.
  • Support with emailing or sending documents that council departments have asked for.
