Council Tax online service down this weekend

From Saturday 28 February the Council Tax online service will be down for maintenance. This means you cannot manage your Council Tax bills or set up a Direct Debit online during this time. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We expect the service to be working again on Tuesday 3 March 2026.

Manage your Council Tax online

You can manage your Council Tax online, and:

  • view your bill
  • check your account balance and payment history
  • make a payment
  • set up a Direct Debit
  • switch on paperless billing
  • download your bills
  • see future payments to be made
  • correct a spelling mistake in your name

You'll need to create an account the first time you use this service. You'll need your Council Tax account number which is on your paper bill.

If you made a payment but it's not showing on your account, you can ask us to trace a missing payment.
