Melodic Decoder is a platform which offers a fun and innovative way for children to learn music theory and winner of the Best New Business award at the Best of Royal Greenwich Business Awards 2022.

What do you love most about your job? 

I love that I get to spend my time creating resources to help children learn a skill that will enrich their lives.  

Winning the Best New Business Award at the Greenwich Business Awards was a real highlight for me - it showed me that what I had built was worthwhile and that Greenwich genuinely supports small businesses in a meaningful way. 

A tip for women who want to build a career in your sector? 

Just go for it! Accept that you can’t know everything before you start and that you’ll make errors, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try!
