- people of every age can learn, retrain and find work that pays fairly, including in jobs and industries that do not yet exist
- businesses choose to start, grow and stay here, and the wealth they create is shared across the borough
- opportunity is shared fairly: every neighbourhood, from Thamesmead to Eltham, gets its share of the growth, good jobs and chances the borough create. Nobody is held back by where they live or where they started
- Greenwich is known as a place where ambition is met with opportunity
