Flood investigation plan and reports
We must investigate flooding when at least one of these things happens:
- flooding has affected critical infrastructure for 3 hours or more since it started
- a building has flooded more than once in the last 5 years
- five or more buildings close together have flooded at the same time
We investigate to:
- understand who has flood risk responsibility
- decide what was or should be done to respond to the flood
