Make a payment

You can use our online payments system to pay your Royal Borough of Greenwich bills using a debit card or credit card.

Here are some of the things you can pay using this system:

• Council Tax
• Business Rates
• parking fines
• housing rents
• benefits bills
• other Royal Borough invoices

You can also make a donation to businesses affected by the disturbances in August 2011.

A telephone payment service is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0845 835 0140.

Whether made over the telephone or the internet all transactions will be validated and authorised in real time and confirmation of the transaction being accepted will be provided to you (by email if you are paying online).

Regular maintenance

Between 6.55pm and 7.25pm each day, the online and telephone payments system will be temporarily unavailable as we update the system.

To pay by post, follow the instructions on your bill to pay by cheque or postal order

You can also pay in person using cash, postal orders, cheques (supported by a valid bank card) or credit/debit cards at the Royal Borough's customer service centres.
