Make a payment

You can use our online payments system to pay your Royal Borough of Greenwich bills or fines using a debit card or credit card. Here are some of the things you can pay using this system, by selecting the type of item you wish to pay:

• Council Tax
• Business Rates
• parking bills and fines
• housing rents
• benefits invoices
• other Royal Borough invoices.

The online payment service is available all hours daily except between 6.55pm and 7.25pm to update the system.

There is also a telephone payment service on 0845 835 0140, and it is available during the same hours.

Real time transaction

Whether made over the telephone or the internet all transactions will be validated and authorised in real time and confirmation of the transaction being accepted will be provided to you (by email if you are paying online).

To pay by post, follow the instructions on your bill to pay by cheque or postal order

You can also pay in person using cash, postal orders, cheques (supported by a valid bank card) or credit/debit cards at the Royal Borough's customer service centres.
