Renewing the SEN inclusion funding
The child’s progress will be regularly reviewed.
The setting will write this up and send the review form to the Early Years SEN Inclusion Fund.
They will include evidence to show:
- how the family has been involved
- how the support has been used
- the progress the child has made through the support provided
- why the child needs continued support
They must do this at least two weeks before the agreed funding ends. If they do not do this, the funding will not be renewed.
