Apply for a secondary school place

Some schools ask you to complete a supplementary information form. Other schools use a banding system based on the results of a general ability test and ask you to complete a fair banding registration form.

Each school has its own form that you can download from their website.

The closing date for all forms is 31 October 2024.

Complete a supplementary information form for:
