Decide which order you want to list your preferred schools in.
In the form you’ll need to provide:
You can make changes to the online form until the application closing date. After that, you cannot make changes unless you can provide evidence that there’s been a significant change in your family circumstances.
If you submit a paper application form and want to make changes to it, email us at school-admissions@royalgreenwich.gov.uk
For some schools you also need to complete other primary school required forms, including supplementary information forms.
If you’re registered with us for Council Tax, you do not need to provide any other proof of address.
If you’re not registered with us for Council Tax or have recently moved, you will need to provide proof of address.
