This year’s Best of Royal Greenwich Business Awards will be hosted by none other than the sublime Meera Syal CBE. 

Known for her comedic and dramatic performances, Meera is also a talented writer and household name, known for starring in hits from Broadchurch to The Kumars at No 42. She is familiar with the stage having spent time collaborating with Andrew Lloyd Webber in the West End production of Bombay Dreams and performing in leading roles at The National Theatre, The Old Vic and the Royal Court to name a few. 

With a wealth of screentime experience from films like Marvel’s Doctor Strange and writing the critically acclaimed Bhaji on the Beach movie, Meera will bring a touch of Hollywood charm to London’s finest business awards. She will lead the show and introduce each award category, the sponsors and the final winners. 

The winners will be announced at the glitzy Best of Royal Greenwich Business Awards ceremony on Friday, 22 October.
