The Community Participation and Diversity team is based in Tenancy Services, and is formed of:
Community Engagement Officer
They provide administrative support and co-ordinates the team's work.
Outreach Officers
They cover the whole borough, aiding and developing community links to encourage tenant and leaseholder engagement.
Our aims
We aim to:
- Provide a range of engagement opportunities for tenants and leaseholders
- Increase the numbers and diversity of tenants and leaseholders who take part in engagement activities
- Enable outreach support on estates to help support residents into education or work, prevent social isolation and increase engagement
- Provide increased and better quality digital engagement options for tenants or leaseholders
- Get residents involved in identifying priorities and put in place solutions.
