Tenants’ and residents’ groups are formally organised groups of people from an area, estate, block or community. Together they raise issues that are important to council tenants and leaseholders. They are sometimes called tenants’ and residents’ associations.

Apply for a grant
If your group is based in Royal Borough of Greenwich council housing, you can apply for an annual grant. This is to help cover the costs of running your group.
You must register your group with us to receive a grant.
It is important to read the application form in full before you apply. This prevents mistakes in your application that can cause delays.
