There are 3 town centres in the borough where promotional activities can take place. These are Eltham, Greenwich and Woolwich.

Promotional activities may be a:

  • business launch
  • promotion of a service or product
  • public awareness campaign
  • charity event

For bookings in General Gordon Square, Woolwich, you need to read about the application process and apply online

Applications are subject to availability.

You'll need:

  • public liability insurance for a minimum of £5 million
  • to include with your pplication a risk assessment of your planned activity or event

You may also need a temporary street trading licence.

We'll contact you to confirm your booking and issue an invoice for the booking fee once we have:

  • checked availability
  • received your public liability insurance
  • received your risk assessment
  • received your street trading application (if applicable)
