You need to get copies of certain documents and information ready before you apply.

We’ll check we have all the documents we need from you. We may ask you for more information. 

We’ll write to you as soon as possible to tell you if you’re eligible to join the housing register or not.  

If you’re eligible we’ll send you a registration number so you can apply for properties. 

If we have decided you are not eligible, we’ll tell you how you can appeal the decision.
