The Woolwich Centre

The Woolwich Centre is open for limited services.

You must make an appointment in advance.

Face masks must be at all times in the service centre, unless you are exempt and hold a relevant certificate to confirm your exemption. This must be produced on request.

Services available

  • Tenancy terminations. Monday morning only 9am–12pm
  • Tenancy sign ups
  • Collecting fobs and keys
  • Urgent controlled parking zone (CPZ) permits
  • Assistance for elderly or vulnerable residents

Cashiers desks remain closed. All payments must be made online, by phone or at the payment machine in the Woolwich Centre.

Keeping visitors safe

All visitors must keep 2 metres apart and use the hand sanitiser available.

A one way system, seat rearrangement and screens have been put in place to keep visitors safe. Please follow the signs and posters.

The Woolwich Centre library has 100 computers for public use and facilities including self-issue service for books, CDs and DVDs.
