Why you might need extra support

Contact us if you, or someone you know, needs extra help with housing because of things like:

  • bereavement or trauma
  • disability
  • financial hardship
  • language barriers
  • physical or mental health conditions
  • risk of harm
  • social isolation
  • temporary situations like injury or pregnancy

You do not need to meet any criteria or eligibility to receive extra support.

How we can help

We can help if you’re finding it difficult to:

  • manage your housing situation
  • access support services
  • bid for council properties
  • deal with your finances, including benefits, budgeting and rent arrears
  • use online services

We offer a range of services and adjustments to help meet your needs.

If you live in one of our properties

Our repairs service will:

  • prioritise repairs that affect health conditions, like treating damp and mould for people with asthma
  • make adjustments for health conditions and individual needs during building works
  • provide support during major works, like moving furniture or scheduling around individual needs
  • carry out fire safety checks and put in place personal emergency evacuation plans (PEEPs)
