If you notice condensation, damp or mould, check who to report it to.
If you're a council tenant
We will:
- visit your home to complete an inspection within 10 working days
- arrange a non-toxic mould wash within 5 working days after the inspection
- inspect any emergencies within 24 hours
- issue any work needed to improve the problem
