Check what's happening with your repair

If you've already requested a repair, you can check what's happening if:

  • you've not heard back after 5 working days
  • you're waiting for an appointment
  • work has not started or is not finished
  • the problem has come back after 5 working days.

You'll also need to have the job reference number for your repair, as this will help us respond to your request faster.
