The Royal Borough of Greenwich offers grants of up to £15,000 to owners of properties in need of repair and improvement. The owner will need to agree to let or lease their property under our landlord renting or leasing scheme to receive the grant.

• If you intend to convert or extend your property please fill in the information about the property on the basis of what it will contain after the extension or conversion is completed.
