Services available

  • Cashiers will be open for pay outs between 9am and 11am, and 2.30pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday. If you wish to make a payment for a council service, you can use one of the self-service kiosks located at the entrance of the building or do so online or over the phone.
  • Replacement fobs and keys. You must bring proof of address that is less than 3 months old and proof of identity, such as a passport.  
  • Requesting or renewing housing estate parking and visitor parking permits
  • Support with the online parking payment system. This includes help with setting up your account, adding proof of address and showing how visitor vouchers work.
  • Support with Blue Badge or disabled person Freedom Pass applications.
  • Tenancy sign-up services.
  • Tenancy termination service is available from 9am to 12pm on Mondays.
  • Support with housing repair.
  • Support with waste services.
  • Support with emailing or sending documents that council departments have requested.
