About our town centres

There are 3 town centres in the borough where promotional activities can take place.

These are:

The promotional space fees in the table below are for 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.

For bookings in General Gordon Square, Woolwich, you need to read about the application process and apply online

Applications are subject to availability.

You'll need:

  • public liability insurance for a minimum of £5 million
  • to include with your application a risk assessment of your planned activity or event

You may also need a temporary street trading licence.

After you've applied

We'll contact you to confirm your booking and issue an invoice for the booking fee once we have:

  • checked availability
  • received your public liability insurance
  • received your risk assessment
  • received your street trading application (if applicable)
