When you receive your licence
You must display your licence in a public area of the premises.
The licence is valid for 1 year and you must renew it every year.
You:
- cannot get a refund if you stop offering treatment before the end of that year
- cannot transfer a licence to another location
- can apply and pay a fee to transfer the licence to another person
