Terms and conditions
If you are awarded Royal Greenwich Festivals funding, you must follow these conditions. They help make sure the funding is used fairly and delivers benefits to residents of the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Festival delivery
- Projects must take place between June 2026 and September 2026.
- Events on council land (such as parks or town centres) need separate permission.
- You must confirm event and activity dates to the Events and Culture team at least 8 weeks before announcing them.
- Your project must not start until funding has been agreed. We cannot fund activities that have already started.
If you want to hold an event on council land like a park or town centre space you must apply online.
