There are community groups and services where you can get advice and support from other people with experience caring for others.
Greenwich Carers Centre is open to all carers and regularly holds carer meetings, groups and activities. Phone them on 0300 300 2233 or visit the centre Monday to Friday 9am to 4:30pm.
