Woolwich regeneration

Woolwich Estates

The Woolwich Estates regeneration project consists of the demolition and redevelopment of the following estates:

  • Connaught
  • Morris Walk
  • Maryon Road and Maryon Grove.

Read the Woolwich Estates project overview and the Woolwich Estates consultation and involvement structure for more background information.

Connaught

Demolition was completed in 2016 and development is under way with the first affordable homes (homes for rental and shared ownership) to be available from spring 2017.

Phase one will see 133 affordable homes delivered, of which 84 are for rent and 49 are for shared ownership.
