Eligibility for short breaks

Your child may be eligible for short breaks if they live in Royal Greenwich and are:

  • aged 5 to 17 and have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
  • aged 18 to 25 and have been assessed under the Care act 2014

We have a duty to offer short breaks to all eligible families.

For children aged 0 to 4, find out how to get early years support.
