Commissioned short breaks activities and providers
We’ve developed the short breaks activity programme in collaboration with:
- children, young people and their families
- Action, Change, Equality (ACE) groups
- Greenwich Parent Carer Participation Forum
- Southeast London NHS Integrated Care Board
Provision
There are 4 commissioned organisations across the borough that offer short breaks for ages 5 to 25.
Ages 5 to 10
- Targeted provision (offer currently being developed)
- Specialist provision from On the Go in Plumstead
- Specialist provision from All Kids Can in Shooter's Hill
Ages 11 to 17
- Targeted provision from Charlton Athletic Community Trust in Eltham
- Specialist provision from All Kids Can in Shooter's Hill
Ages 16 to 25
Targeted and specialist provision from Charlton Athletic Community Trust in Eltham.
There are also many organisations in Royal Greenwich that provide activities for children and young people with SEND outside of commissioned short breaks.
