Flexible accounting package
Our service has 2 key elements:
- financial management
- financial administration support
We offer 3 tiers of service so you can choose the level most appropriate for your school.

Financial management
We provide:
- salary forecasts using scenario-building software
- 3 to 5-year budget build or preparation
- detailed termly monitoring reports (3 weeks notice required)
- presentation of monitoring reports to the Finance Committee, if required
Financial administration
We’ll visit the school to support your finance staff with:
- completing monthly finance tasks
- updating and maintaining finance data held on the school financial system
- financial year-end closure of accounts
- completing the school’s Consistent Financial Reporting (CFR) return
Site visits are for a maximum of 3 hours.
Bespoke consultancy service
You can purchase our bespoke accounting consultancy on an ad hoc basis for tasks such as:
- introduction to school accountancy for new staff (half day)
- pre-audit preparation (half day)
- 1 or 2-form entry (daily rate to be arranged)
- 3+ form entry (daily rate to be arranged)
