You need to:

- Download and fill in the application form.
- Check that you have all the mandatory attachments.
- Submit your application and attachments by email.
Mandatory attachments to include with your application
You must include:
- audited accounts for the past 3 years
- safeguarding history details (if applicable)
- a completed list of operated settings with Ofsted outcomes
- Quality Improvement Plan(s) (if applicable)
- recent self‑assessment report(s) (optional if inspected under renewed framework)
- Costed Project Plan
- Risk Register (Appendix G template or equivalent)
- mobilisation timeline (Gantt/plan with critical path)
- governance structure diagram and scheme of delegation
- CVs of key leaders (pre‑opening and opening roles)
- Business Continuity Plan
- social value statement or plan
