We consulted on the draft CIL charging schedule from 31 July to 25 September 2023.  

On 26 March 2024, we formally submitted the draft CIL charging schedule and associated evidence documents for independent examination. This was under Regulation 19 of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended).  

The examination took place on 16 May 2024.
