The application process can take up to 12 weeks. We will not confirm receipt of your application.
We'll give you our decision in writing.
Mobility assessments
We may invite you to a mobility assessment at the Woolwich Centre.
An occupational therapist or physiotherapist will talk to you about your application and evaluate your mobility.
If you choose not to have an assessment, we'll ask you for more proof of your disability or medical condition.
