Apply for a Blue Badge

You must apply online on the GOV.UK website.

If you cannot finish the form in one go, you can save it to finish later. You'll need to use the code you get when you save it to go back to where you were.

We do not issue these codes. If you do not get an email with the code from GOV.UK, you'll need to start the form again.

Someone else can apply for you.

You can also book an appointment at one of our outreach sessions and we'll help you apply online.

These happen every Tuesday and Thursday at the Woolwich Centre, between 10am and 4pm.
