This winter we all need to do our bit to keep Greenwich safe.

Each year winter brings seasonal flu - but this isn’t just any year.

With the real threat of another national or local lockdown to fight COVID-19, we need everyone who is invited or in the most at-risk groups to take up this year’s flu vaccination and help keep Greenwich safe.

We have a flu vaccination. We don’t yet have a COVID-19 vaccination.

The flu vaccination is the best protection for you, your family and from flu so don’t delay in getting the vaccination.

Ask your GP, pharmacist, school or your midwifery service for pregnant women for more information.

Who are the most at risk-groups and eligible for a free vaccine?

  • Adults aged 65 and over

  • People with some medical conditions, including diabetes, heart failure and asthma

  • People who were required to shield from COVID-19 and anyone they live with

  • Pregnant women

  • Children aged 2 to 11

  • Health and social care workers
