Caretaking inspections

You can attend caretaking inspections with council staff to score how well we are looking after the shared areas of our flats and high-rises. We use the results to make sure we're keeping the areas clean and tidy.

Voids inspections

When a tenant moves out we need to inspect the property to make sure that it's in good enough condition to be let out again. This is called a voids inspection.

On a void inspection you visit the empty property with council staff to score the condition of the property and any repairs we've carried out. Inspections take place four times a year and you can go on as many as you like.
