You can pay parking fines online, by telephone, by post or in person.
You can pay online using a credit or a debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Electron, Solo and Maestro cards.
We can't accept cards that don't support 3D Secure - such as the M&S Credit Card or John Lewis Partnership Card.
Make sure you have your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) number available as you'll need to enter it in the reference box before you pay.
We also accept the above cards on our automated telephone payments service. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Payment can be made by cheque or postal order. Please note that post-dated cheques will not be accepted and unstamped envelopes will not be delivered.
What you need to do:
- write the vehicle registration number, Penalty Charge Notice number, cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on the back of the cheque
- cross cheques and postal orders and make them payable to Royal Borough of Greenwich
- complete the payment slip and attach it to the cheque or postal order
- send the payment and the completed payment slip to us.
