Royal Greenwich Local Labour and Business (GLLaB) 

GLLaB is the council’s employment and skills service Royal Greenwich work in partnership with a range of organisations to give you the best chance of finding a job in Royal Greenwich and wider area. 

We can help if you are a Greenwich resident who is: looking for your next job wanting to learn new skills to re-train or up-skill for a new career wanting to get back to work after a break looking for your first job looking for an apprenticeship or pre-apprenticeship programme.  

GLLaB can also provide free careers information, advice and guidance, employment support, training and job matching services.

Targeted careers, education, information, advice and guidance (for 13 to 19 year olds)  

The targeted careers, education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) service is a specially trained team who offer advice and guidance to specific groups of young people between 13 and 19 (or up to 25 for those with SEND) living in Royal Greenwich to make sure they have the opportunity to reach their full potential and contribute to society in a meaningful manner when they enter into adulthood.

Positively Digital 

Positively Digital offers employment and enterprise advice and support to young people aged 16-24 years old who are in receipt of benefits and are looking for work.  The organisation also offers training and support to set up own business. 

Support for young people includes building your own website, workshops in Microsoft Office, jobmatch services, CV writing, job applications, interview preparation and techniques as well as accessing introductions to employer and recruitment agencies.
