Who will come to your home 

Our workers wear a corporate uniform and carry Royal Borough of Greenwich identification. They will show this identification to you when they arrive. 

If we have to send someone who works for a different company, they may have their own identification but we will tell you to expect them. 

If you are worried about the person who comes to your home

If you think they are not who they say they are, don't let them into your home. Call us immediately on 020 8854 8888. 

Giving us access to your home

You must allow our staff and contractors to enter your home so that we can carry out the repair.

If there is an emergency, we may have to enter your home even if you are not there. We will only do this if people or property are in danger.
