How to share feedback

We call a random sample of our residents as part of a customer satisfaction survey. If you're chosen for the survey, you can use this to tell us about your experience.

You can also let us know by: 

  • phoning us on 020 8921 8900 
  • making a complaint - we have a two stage formal complaints procedure and we will respond to you within 15 working days
  • contacting your councillor or MP at their local surgery or in writing: 
    • Ward Councillor name, Town Hall, Wellington Street, Woolwich SE18 6PW 
    • Member of Parliament name, House of Commons, London SW1A 0AA 
    • or via Members Support on 020 8921 5045 or 5050 
    • or via your local tenant housing panel representative
