We created our Caretaking Service Charter to inform residents of how we keep estates clean and tidy.

The Charter highlights the responsibilities of our caretakers, tenants and leaseholders. It also explains the standards of cleanliness that residents should expect following a visit from our caretaking team, and how to arrange a bulk rubbish collection - for more info on this.
