Safety in our high-rise buildings

By law, we must register any high-rise buildings we own with the Building Safety Regulator. 

This includes any residential buildings that are either: 

• 18 metres or more in height
• 7 or more floors 

We must give the regulator building safety case reports for each building. These cover how we’ve made sure a building is safe for our residents to live in.  

To get safety information for your building, find a high-rise building residential building (GOV.UK). 

You will need to know your building's postcode. 

Make sure you know your evacuation plan for your building.
