Join the High-Rise Resident Panel
The High‑Rise Resident Panel is a space for residents to have a real impact in the decisions that affect the safety and management of their homes. The panel works closely with the Council’s Fire and Building Safety team to shape improvements and influence how high‑rise buildings are managed.
Who can join
The panel is open to all residents living in high‑rise buildings that we own or manage - whatever floor you live on. This includes:
- council tenants
- leaseholders
- private tenants
- household members
About the panel
We aim to build a panel of up to 16 residents, with up to 4 places available for leaseholders. We’re looking for a good mix of people from different tenure types and from across the borough to make sure the panel reflects the diversity of high‑rise residents.
If we receive more than 16 applications, we’ll select members based on:
- demographic diversity
- where you live in the borough
- your tenure type
This helps us ensure the panel is representative of the community it serves.
