About the panel
The Tenant Influence and Oversight Panel (TIOP) is a formal body ethat provides independent, tenant-led influence and scrutiny of:
- our housing strategies and policies
- services we provide as a landlord and registered provider of social housing
The panel exists to make sure our housing services strengthen:
- transparency
- accountability
- continuous improvement
The panel does this by making sure housing services incorporate our tenants':
- lived experience
- insight
- challenge
The panel does not consider individual complaints or casework.
Who can join
You can apply to join the panel if you're a council tenant and your signature is on the tenancy agreement.
How to join
Complete our online application form to apply for a position on the panel. Applications are open from Monday 1 June until Tuesday 30 June 2026.
