Internal home improvements are repairs or refurbishments done to the inside of a council home or block. This may include:
- kitchen and bathroom upgrades
- electrical rewiring
- heating system improvements
- loft insulation
- ventilation upgrades
Completed internal works
In the 2023 to 2024 financial year, we:
- installed 742 boilers
- refurbished 503 kitchens
- refurbished 523 bathrooms
- replaced 209 toilets (WC)
- carried out electrical wiring in 151 homes
- installed 17 radiators
In the 2022 to 2023 financial year we:
- refurbished 398 kitchens
- refurbished 297 bathrooms
- replaced 244 toilets (WC)
- Installed 766 boilers
- Installed 46 radiators
- carried out electrical wiring in 47 homes
