Deliver activities as an approved provider
Organisations can apply to deliver Holiday Food and Fun activities in Royal Greenwich.
We're currently accepting applications from organisations that want to:
- join the Holiday Food and Fun approved provider list for 2026 to 2029
- deliver activities during winter 2026 and spring 2027
Join the approved provider list
You must first apply to join the approved provider list before applying to deliver activities during Christmas 2026 or Easter 2027.
Your application to deliver activities will only be considered if you have also applied to join the approved provider list.

Apply to deliver winter 2026 and spring 2027 activities
Organisations on the approved provider list can apply to deliver activities during:
- winter 2026, during the Christmas school holidays
- spring 2027, during the Easter school holidays
