What happens next
After you submit the application form, you’ll get an email with an evidence checklist.
You have one month to provide the requested evidence. Once you have submitted your evidence, we’ll start to process your claim.
Once your claim is processed, we’ll send you a letter to notify you of the outcome of your claim.
If your application is not approved or you disagree with the award, you can appeal the decision.

If your circumstances change
You must tell us about any changes in your circumstances or any changes in the circumstances of the people who live with you.
If you do not tell us about a change of circumstance or delay telling us, you may end up with an overpayment which you'll need to repay.
